The problem it takes on
Every handoff can lose the reason for the work.
A company explains its positioning to a writer, its visual identity to a designer, its audience to an advertising team, and its objectives to an analyst. Each handoff creates another opportunity for drift, repeated work, and spending that becomes hard to explain.
Arkyvus brings these activities into a shared process. The company’s knowledge and brand inform the plan; the plan defines the materials; the materials stay connected to reviews and delivery; results inform the next decision.
The central proposition: brand consistency and better marketing economics reinforce each other when context survives the entire cycle.
One connected marketing process
From knowing the business to knowing what to change.
Explore the responsibilities of each stage. This is a guide to the platform’s design, with a shared foundation that carries through the work.
Discovery turns a website and company information into working context: offerings, positioning, brand guidance, customers, and competitive questions. People can inspect the findings, preserve their own edits, and distinguish known facts from assumptions.
02 / PLAN
Give every asset a job.
Audience and campaign blueprints connect the company’s stage to an objective, an offer, channels, required materials, and a measurement plan. Budgets and dated campaign phases make the proposed effort concrete.
03 / CREATE
Produce with context already attached.
AI-assisted templates and creative tools use the business and brand context to prepare marketing materials. The Library and editors connect copy, images, email, pages, and other supported formats to saved work and versions.
04 / REVIEW
Make consistency something you can inspect.
Brand checks compare work with the relevant identity, voice, messaging, terminology, and visual guidance. Findings and review decisions remain associated with the material being assessed.
05 / DELIVER
Connect the plan to the destination.
One Button Marketing coordinates eligible preparation, review, scheduling, and publishing through the existing campaign workflow. Connected accounts, supported actions, approval settings, and spending limits determine what can proceed.
06 / LEARN → NEXT CYCLE
Let results change the next decision.
Performance observations, attribution, experiments, and probabilistic models inform whether to continue, revise, concentrate investment, or stop. The implementation distinguishes missing evidence, delayed outcomes, observed losses, and a supported improvement.
An explanatory map of Arkyvus. These controls navigate the story; they do not create campaigns, publish content, or spend money.
Brand consistency
A brand has a meaning, as well as a look.
Brand Studio supplies a structured reference for identity, positioning, voice, messaging, and visual choices. That context can follow the company into generation, editing, and review instead of being restated for every task.
The local assessment code ties text findings to the exact content and approved brand revision. It separates semantic and style comparisons from explicit terminology rules, explains the evidence behind results, and can report that an assessment is unavailable.
This matters because a visually familiar advertisement can still make the wrong promise. Arkyvus’s approach makes consistency part of the working process, with human judgment and an inspectable history of changes.
Making marketing investment more deliberate
Spend to learn. Use what you learn to improve.
The platform’s economic ambition is to reduce coordination and rework while helping companies choose more productive marketing activity. Its local implementation connects three complementary methods.
AN INTERACTIVE WORKED EXAMPLE
Change the evidence. Watch the decision change.
This illustrative scenario uses a $1 cost per visitor, $40 in net collected receipts per observed purchase, and $100 of additional campaign cost. Its two evidence sets can disagree. The formulas follow the local observed-release implementation; all numbers here are invented for explanation.
Try a scenario:
01 / MARKOV
Map the journey to a purchase.
A transition matrix records the probability of moving from one state to another. Arkyvus estimates it from transitions scoped to the company, campaign, actions, and observation window.
These change the example transition evidence. Improving a path in this diagram is a hypothesis to test in the market.
Entry-to-purchase probability: 5.00%. In this two-step example: 0.40 × 0.125.
Pij = Cij / ∑k Cik· πt+1 = πtP
Cij counts observed moves from state i to j; each observed row of P sums to one. The row vector π describes where people are in the journey.
qi(h+1) = ∑j Pijqj(h)
Set the purchase state to 1 and other states initially to 0. Arkyvus applies this recursion for 50 steps, starting new acquisition at the entry state. This estimates reaching purchase within that horizon, rather than assuming an unlimited journey.
Marketing use: inspect weak transitions and compare where a better offer, landing page, or follow-up might help. The automatic path uses unsmoothed observed transitions; an unobserved row stays in its own state. Conditional journey probabilities identify hypotheses, not causal proof that an intervention will work.

02 / BAYESIAN UPDATING
Learn a conversion rate, with its uncertainty.
A conversion rate estimated from a few visitors is less certain than one estimated from thousands. Bayesian updating turns the prior and observed purchases into a distribution of plausible rates.
50 purchases from 1,000 visitors. The observed-release path begins with a Beta(1, 1) prior.
50 purchases in 1,000 visits updates Beta(1, 1) to Beta(51, 951). The posterior mean is 51 / 1,002 = 5.09%.
p(θ | D) ∝ p(D | θ) p(θ)
θ | D ∼ Beta(α + k, β + n − k)
E[θ | D] = (α + k) / (α + β + n)
θ is the unknown conversion probability, n the eligible visitors, and k the observed purchases. In the automatic observed-data path, α = β = 1. The shaded area on the chart contains the central 95% of posterior probability.
Marketing use: compare creative alternatives without treating their measured rates as exact. Arkyvus’s experiment code evaluates the probability that one variant has lower acquisition cost, allowing for different traffic and costs. Growth also needs mature observations, acceptable acquisition cost, collected receipts, and the policy’s growth limits.
How alternatives compete for budget
Pr(CPAA < CPAB) = Pr(θA / cA > θB / cB)
Here c is cost per eligible visitor and θ is a posterior conversion-rate draw. A higher conversion rate can still lose if its traffic costs too much. The broader planning code also contains Thompson-style allocation: sample each alternative’s posterior and use those samples to explore promising options. Some planning paths use estimates or modeled inputs; they do not establish observed performance or automatic spending authority.
03 / MONTE CARLO
Try thousands of possible outcomes before the next release.
Simulation carries uncertainty into possible purchases and receipts. Arkyvus’s observed-release forecast runs a Bayesian scenario and a Markov scenario separately. It takes the higher loss-risk bound; it does not multiply the two conversion probabilities.
500 projected visitors at $1 each; $600 total modeled cost including the extra $100.
4,096 draws per model, with a repeatable seed. Bar height is the share of simulated outcomes in each receipt range. The dashed line marks total modeled cost. This independent browser sampler follows the formulas; its individual draws differ from Arkyvus’s numerical runtime.
B is proposed ad spend, c observed cost per visitor, N projected visitors, v net collected receipts per purchase, and Cmax maximum total cost. Each draw s produces a possible purchase count K and receipts R. The indicator 𝟙 counts an outcome as a loss when receipts fall below cost. M = 4,096.
The conservative risk check used in the code
U = BetaQuantile0.99(L + 1, M − L)
max(UBayesian, UMarkov) ≤ τ
L is the number of losing draws. If every draw loses, U = 1. Otherwise the code uses a one-sided 99% Clopper–Pearson upper bound for each simulation’s loss proportion. The example uses τ = 20%; the platform uses the company’s policy. This bounds Monte Carlo sampling error within each assumed model, not the possibility that the model or its data is wrong.
Marketing use: compare a proposed release with the allowed downside before considering growth. A model can recommend holding or revising an experiment. Passing this numerical check still requires observed evidence, cash, authorization, provider readiness, and the experiment’s other conditions.
Assumptions: cost per visitor and net receipts per purchase stay constant; observations are comparable; conversion delay has matured. The Markov scenario treats its fitted probability as fixed. With zero observed purchases, the example follows the implementation and assigns no positive collected value per purchase. This is a local teaching tool, not an Arkyvus forecast or a live budget recommendation.
Measure the business result.
Revenue attributed to an advertisement, contribution after delivery costs, cash available to spend, and staff time released are different measures. Useful optimization keeps those distinctions visible. Forecasts guide decisions; actual returns still depend on the offer, audience, execution, costs, and quality of the evidence.
One Button Marketing
Less routine coordination. Clear operating limits.
OBM is the coordinating layer across the platform’s existing knowledge, campaigns, assets, reviews, integrations, and outcomes. The goal is a continuing marketing process that uses saved company context and reduces the need to manually assemble every step.
The more autonomous direction allows a company to set its budget and operating policy, then have eligible work prepared, delivered, measured, and improved with fewer routine interventions. Current code includes durable cycles, spending commitments, experiments, provider checks, and recovery logic.
Complete unattended operation remains in development and validation. End-to-end provider execution, payment and settlement paths, broader recovery cases, and the owner’s full production walkthrough remain open in the implementation records reviewed here. Available automation depends on the activated workflow and connected services.
The SaaS platform
One business, or a portfolio of them.
The continuing value is the shared workspace around marketing: knowledge that accumulates, reusable brand guidance, saved materials, coordinated work, and results that can inform later decisions.
FOR BUSINESSES
Keep the whole effort connected.
Give the owner and team a common foundation for recurring marketing. Bring research, planning, creative work, reviews, calendar activity, and performance into the same operating context.
Separate client brands, knowledge, people, and permissions while maintaining portfolio oversight. Agency offerings also support service packaging and resale where the relevant rights apply.
Arkyvus is the largest platform project represented on Sovereign. It brings together the site’s interests in AI, information, probabilistic systems, and autonomy in a practical setting: helping a business act consistently and learn where its resources produce value.
The connecting idea is that each company retains its own identity, objectives, knowledge, and authority while participating in a much larger system of creation and delivery. Shared infrastructure becomes useful when it preserves those differences.
A brand that remains recognizable. Work that stays connected. Decisions that improve as evidence accumulates.
